If you have a foodie in the family a Staub pot is an indispensable component in any kitchen. Staub has perfected this traditional vessel in their signature piece - La Cocotte. The self-basting spikes on the flat lid gives an ideal environment for sumptuous stews, roasts, soups, casseroles and other one-pot classic dishes.
The interior black matte enamel finish is an excellent surface for braising, resists scratching and develops "non-stick" qualities the more it is used. Each piece is glazed in your choice of formal black or an assortment of glorious coloured enamels and is decorated with a solid brass or stainless steel knob. The Staub La Cocotte works on all cook-tops, including INDUCTION (not for microwave use) and is available in a wide range of colours and sizes.
