Our journey began with the realization that it was time to upgrade our old laundry machines which had come with our house when we moved in over 5 years ago. As a family of four, we really needed a good washer and dryer that could keep up with the amount of weekly laundry loads that we have.

When it came to the delivery and installation process, Trail Appliances went the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. They called to let me know they were 30 minutes away and to be prepared for delivery. They used a carpet to safeguard our floors, preventing any potential scratches.
The delivery team quickly removed our old washer & dryer and even gave me time to vacuum the dusty floor. They swiftly installed our new set and made sure everything was in perfect working order before they left.
They even took the time to explain to me that our pipes were older and that I should keep an eye for any leakage in the future. The whole experience was effortless and swift, and we couldn’t be happier with our new washer and dryer.
