Side burners can help heat pots and cook other side dishes at the same time. Rotisseries are a must for cooking a full chicken or large pieces of meat. Different modes of ignition can help you safely get the grill started or keep it running through windy weather.</li> <li>Find the right grill size for you. As a general rule of thumb, 100 square-inches per person is a great place to start. If you host large parties, you might want to look into a grill that is anywhere from 900 sq. inches all the way up to 1200 sq. inches.</li> <li>Feel free to really test out the grill before you buy. Check the storage areas, lid and shelves to assess if they can properly house all the equipment you’ll need. Most of all, we recommend that you test the grill’s handle. Your fingers and knuckles should never get too close to the lid, or you might burn yourself.
