<p><strong>Crust:<br></strong>1 ½ cups crushed graham wafers<br>3 tablespoons icing sugar<br>¼ cup melted butter</p> <p><strong>Filling:<br></strong>1 large egg at room temperature<br>1 cup sugar<br>1 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened<br>1 cup sour cream<br>1 small can crushed pineapple drained well</p> <p><strong>Directions:</strong></p> <p>Fill your TRAEGER GRILL with Alder wood pellets (these are the mildest wood pellets) and heat to 350 degrees.</p> <p>Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Put in Grill for 10 minutes.</p> <p>While grilling, mix the filling ingredients in a food processor or with a mixer. Pour filling on top of the crust. Bake in Traeger for 1 hour at 350 degrees.</p> <p>No matter how tempting it is to see how the cheesecake is doing, do not open the lid while it’s baking so the heat does not reduce.</p> <p>Once the cheesecake is done, let it cool on a cooling rack before transferring it to a plate.
