Double Fudge Chocolate Cake

**Cake Ingredients:**2 cups gluten-free flour1/4 cup coconut sugar2 large eggs1/4 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon baking soda2 cups chocolate chip1/2 cup nut mix1 teaspoon vanilla1/3 cup cocoa1 cup milk

Double Fudge Chocolate Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350oF.

Cream sugar and eggs until smooth. Fold in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.

Fold in milk. Put batter in a square baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool down before pouring chocolate ganache.

**Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:**1 cup melted dark chocolate1 cup 33% whipping cream

Melt dark chocolate and whipping cream together. Pour over cake.

Dust with icing sugar.
