<p><strong>Ingredients - yield 2 large pizzas</strong></p> <p>2 ½ cups warm water<br>1 tablespoon dry yeast<br>1/3 cup vegetable oil<br>1/2 cup of honey<br>2 eggs<br>1 tablespoon sugar<br>1 tablespoon salt<br>8 cups flour</p> <p>Put warm water in a mixing bowl, add yeast and sugar. Do not mix. Let it sit until it bubbles.</p> <p>Add honey, oil, eggs and salt and mix. If using a Mixmaster use the dough attachment.</p> <p>Add flour and mix with hands until dough forms. If using a Mixmaster with the dough hook, keep mixing until dough forms and makes a ball. Cover with a clean towel.</p> <p>Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. If you have one of our ovens put it on proof mode for 1/2 hour.</p> <p>Put 2 tablespoons of oil on a cookie sheet with sides. Put in 375 degrees F oven while it's preheating. Roll out dough into a rectangle to fit pan.</p> <p>Place dough on a hot oiled cookie sheet. Add pasta sauce or pizza sauce and your favourite toppings. Bake at 375 degrees F until cheese bubbles and browns.</p> <p>This is like a nice thick Greek-style pizza. If you want a thin crust, roll the dough very thinly as it will double in thickness while baking. This versatile dough is also great for buns, cinnamon rolls, or bread.</p>
