Green Smoothie
  • 2 large handfuls of fresh kale, chopped

  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen

  • ½ cucumber

  • ½ banana

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, full fat

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Water as desired (approximately ¼- ½ cup).

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
