Keto Friendly Omelette

<p><strong><em>Ingredients<br></em></strong>2 teaspoons avocado oil<br>3 large eggs<br>2 ounces chard or spinach<br>½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese<br>1 tablespoon heavy cream</p> <p><strong><em>Directions<br></em></strong>In a bowl whisk eggs and cream together.</p> <p>Heat the avocado oil in a frying pan on medium/high heat. Add spinach and cook in the oil for 1 minute.</p> <p>Add in the egg mixture and leave until the egg is cooked enough to flip. Flip the entire omelette and sprinkle on cheese.
