<p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Dough:</p> <ul> <li>4 cups all-purpose flour</li> <li>1 teaspoon salt</li> <li>1 teaspoon granulated sugar</li> <li>2 tablespoons active dry yeast</li> <li>60 mL tablespoon olive oil</li> <li>450 mL warm water (luke warm-body temp)</li> </ul> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Stuffing:</p> <ul> <li>200 grams pepperoni, sliced</li> <li>200 grams ham, sliced</li> <li>200 grams bacon, small pieces</li> <li>400mL pizza sauce</li> <li>400 grams mozzarella cheese, small cubes</li> <li>Parmesan cheese, grated</li> </ul> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT"> </p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">In a stand mixer bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar and let stand for about 5 mins or until the mixture begins to froth.</p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Add 1/3 of flour mixture and mix on low. Add olive oil and remaining flour mixture together until it is mixed very well. Knead a bit longer.</p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Remove dough from bowl and cover with moist towel to rise. Punch dough down and cut into small handful-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a damp towel.</p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Take each ball and flatten with a rolling pin to about a 4-5 inch round. Spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce onto the dough. Top with a piece of pepperoni, ham, bacon and mozzarella.</p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Bring dough together over toppings and seal by pinching together and then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.</p> <p dir="LTR" align="LEFT">Bake at 400F on convection bake for 12 mins or until golden brown.
