No, it's not St. Paddy's day! Just chocolate chip cookies elevated with mint!....mmmm...mmmm...great!
Ingredients2 cups flour½ cup vanilla pudding mix (dry)½ tsp baking soda½ tsp salt½ cup butter softened1 cup white sugar1 egg½ cup sour cream1 tsp mint extract10-12 drops green food colouring1 ½ cups chocolate chips
MethodPreheat oven to 350oF Convection Bake.
Cream butter and sugar then egg and mix well. Fold in sour cream, mint and food colouring.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, pudding, soda and salt together. Whisk well.
Add dry ingredients into the butter mix and combine. Mix in chocolate chips.
Drop small portions (1 oz) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 mins. or until edges are browned.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Makes 36 cookies.
