Apply a small amount of cooking spray immediately before grilling to prevent sticking.</p> <p>Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until evenly incorporated. Using the bottom of two 6-inch plates lined with parchment paper, press out patties into either 6oz or 8oz portions.</p> <p>Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 185<sup>o</sup>F (approximately 6-7 minutes per side) and serve hot with your favourite fixings.
