½ cup liquid coconut oil½ cup of cocoa1  cup brown sugar2  eggs2 teaspoon vanilla½ cup flour¼ teaspoon salt1 cup chopped Skor bar

Preheat oven to 335°F on convection bake.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 8 x 8 pan.  Bake for approximately 20 minutes. To avoid over baking stick a toothpick into the middle at 17 minutes.  If it comes out clean, the brownies are done.
